What is your returns policy?

At The Greenwood Witch we offer a 30 day return policy for items purchased on our website. To be eligible for a refund the items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please contact us through our "Contact Us" page within 30 days of recieving your order to initiate a return.


Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

Our earrings hooks are all made of sterling silver so are hypoallergenic as to not cause irritation.

Our necklace chains are all made out of stainless steel, so may contain small amounts of nickel and so is not completely allergen free.
